On the age rating: PlayStation Store and Microsoft Store currently show PEGI 18 with an in-game purchases notice, but PEGI’s own database had no entry for GTA VI when we checked it on 10 October 2026, PlayStation’s GTA VI page says the age ratings are unconfirmed, and Germany’s USK rating is listed as pending. A detailed PEGI summary was reported on PEGI’s site on 2 October and removed soon after. Until PEGI publishes its rating, we treat it as not confirmed. See our fact check on the PEGI 18 rating.

On multiplayer: PlayStation and Microsoft both describe GTA VI as “a single-player experience”. Rockstar has not said anything about a future online mode on the pages we check, so we won’t guess.
